A workout like no other, this is great for beginners to the advanced. Test your balancing skills, build your core using the world’s first yoga mat designed to float on water! This low impact fun training class gives you a full body workout.

Wear normal gym gear that you don’t mind getting wet and bring a towel and spare clothes to change into as you will get wet.

Sessions run for 45mins except Saturdays which are 30mins

HYDRO  $14 per class, 10 sessions for $110, 20 sessions for $195

45 Mins – Moderate to high intensity class.  Options for all levels.

HYDRO LITE  $8 per class, 10 sessions for $65

45 Mins – A lighter paced class designed for people new to exercise, older adults or those with physical limitations.  Great light to moderate intensity cardio and strength workout.  Options for all levels.



Solutions Water Workouts focus on fitness and fun and are a great way to develop and maintain an active lifestyle. They are organised group exercise sessions performed in water. Water Workouts aim to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and mobility in a fun and refreshing environment. It is perfect for people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities as it keeps the heart and lungs healthy while the natural resistance of the water helps promote better muscular strength and endurance whilst also burning fat.

Water Workouts are conducted in our therapeutic mineral salt pool which uses mineral salts instead of chlorine. Our pool is heated, has ramp access and is shallow so the workouts can be enjoyed by everyone. Water Workouts are also one of the safest forms of exercise as the water supports the body and eliminates the high impact of some traditional land-based workouts. The workouts use everyday actions including walking, running and jumping and commonly feature special water devices such as ‘noodles’ or ‘dumbbells’ to aid floatation and add resistance.

Mineral Salt Pool  $7 per session, 10 sessions for $60

Our mineral salt pool system uses the therapeutic minerals magnesium and potassium chloride rather than chlorine. This means you not only get the health benefits from the exercise you do, but a powerful healing and revitalizing effect on your skin and body. The water is gentle on your eyes and skin, has no harmful toxins to inhale or absorb, is odourless and doesn’t discolour or degrade your clothes. At Solutions, our mineral salt pool is indoor, heated all year and has ramp access. The pool depth ranges between O.9m and 1.2m and is equipped with railings to assist with stability. The depth also allows non-swimmers to confidently participate.

Learn to swim and squad classes are available during school terms for children 3yrs and older. Classes are available Monday to Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Fees for the term are to be paid in full, in advance

The pool depth ranges between 0.9m and 1.2m and is equipped with railings to assist with stability and additional exercises. The depth also allows non-swimmers to participate.
